Effective Date: August 21, 2026
Wash Kings Exterior Services LLC ("Wash Kings," "we," "us," or "our") operates washkingsfl.com (the "Site") and provides residential and commercial pressure washing and exterior cleaning services across the Treasure Coast of Florida. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide to us, including through our quote request form and SMS text messaging program.
When you submit a quote request or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, property type, service requested, and any details you provide about your project.
We use the information you provide to respond to quote requests, schedule and perform services, send appointment reminders and service updates, and, where you have consented, send you SMS text messages and marketing communications.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we are not an affiliate or lead-generation service — all information collected is used solely to provide our own pressure washing and exterior cleaning services to you.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you share with us and retain it only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of SMS or email communications at any time as described in the SMS Terms below.
Wash Kings Exterior Services LLC provides SMS text messages related to quote requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and (where you have opted in) promotional offers and discounts.
By submitting your phone number through our quote request form and checking the applicable consent box(es), you agree to receive SMS text messages from Wash Kings Exterior Services LLC at the phone number provided, for the purposes you consented to. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or (561) 808-3369.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, quote requests, appointment scheduling, and, if opted in, promotional offers). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy above, which is incorporated into these SMS Terms by reference.
